Does anyone know any free methods to promote my new website designed to provide consumers discounts?

We started a new site that is free to consumers and supplies them with discounts to local businesses and has grocery coupons available. The site also provides extremely affordable advertising for businesses. We are looking for free ways to promote the site and get the name out so that consumers can take advantage of those discounts. The site is www.allworldcoupons.com and we are also welcoming all feedback which can be sent through the website under the contact section…thanks in advance for any help..
If grocery stores let you stand in front handing out coupons & info on your site. Also place ads on radio & newspapers.
